Our 90 Day money back Guarantee on condition that the goods to be exchanged or refunded are received by us and are delivered by insured registered mail in original saleable condition and are received within 90 days of purchase or in the case of exchanged goods within 90 days of any secondary trial period given . Also all goods returned or exchanged must be accompanied by the original receipt & any acessories supplied inluding free gifts. All products supplied by us will covered by our no fuss money back guarantee.

Any refunds made are subject to £9 restocking charge this applies to each item purchased from our product range ultimate packs & dual scalar systems containg multiple items are classed as 1 item any additional items or packs in the same order will incurr a £9 restocking fee per item should item will be refunded in the same form as the payment was received .

In the case of exchange a £5.99 postal charge will be added & no restocking charge will be payable these payments are purely to cover our postage processing and transaction fees as we offer you an extended refund policy this means ocassionally it costs us money even with the refund charge.
